Our EZ Apply application process was designed to significantly help employers capture candidate traffic that their existing Careers Page and/or ATS landing site is losing.
The way this works is that when a candidate applies to a job on LocalJobs - they must first either 'sign-in' OR if they are new to the site, we have a new pop-up application box that appears when a candidate clicks the APPLY NOW button. This box effectively creates a registration for the candidate....AND captures the following valuable information for a recruiter:
- Name
- Phone
- City, State location
- Title of the job applied to
- Resume (optional)
This information is then presented in the recruiter dashboard under the menu JOB APPLICATIONS. Watch the video below to see how this works.
