A new feature we've launched recently will help give added exposure for candidate profiles and their resume. This new capability will enable a mini snippet as seen in the image below to rotate through the home page itself and when employers and/or recruiters see this snippet - they can inquire about receiving full contact information to reach out.
To clarify - NO CONTACT information is presented in the public preview of your profile. Employers must still request from you....and receive your permission to have your contact information unmasked. Full details are provided in our General Terms and Conditions.
By default - your profile is set to NOT PUBLIC. Here are the steps to maximize the exposure for your profile and resume.
To get started - please follow these steps:
- Login to your job seeker account
- Change your PROFILE VISIBILITY setting to VISIBLE by clicking the blue "Show Resume" button
- Toggle your PUBLIC VISIBILITY button from N/A to PUBLIC
