LocalJobs offers a robust candidate profile search / match functionality that gives both candidate privacy and deep insight into a candidate's skills and abilities.
In order to preview a candidate profile - it must be requested first. If a candidate approves of your request, then you will be notified via email and the candidate's profile is fully unlocked for your full review.
These "Connection Requests" are purchased in packages of 5, 10 or 20 bundles and they may be purchased from your Employer dashboard once your're signed into your account. Simply click the RESUME SEARCH link in the header navigation and perform your search.
