Your job is not IMMEDIATELY live but your new job post will get picked up when our site scrapes your job during it's daily scrape process. For example, if you posted a job at 4PM....and our spider visits your site at 10PM that day that is when you job will show up on LocalJobs.com.
Side note: If you MANUALLY post your job on LocalJobs.com...it is live immediately.
